Jean-Jacques Retourné has been involved with the Hospitality industry since 1971. He was a Maître d' at l'Ermitage in Los Angeles when he met Michel Richard in 1976. Jean-Jacques was on the team that built and opened the much-acclaimed Michel Richard's Citrus in LA in 1986. Mr. Retourné has worked mostly with Michel Richard ever since. He brings his charms, warmth, and knowledge to Michel Richard Citronelle.
