Thank you for your interest in our gift certificates. As soon as our office has processed your application and charged your credit card, we will issue the gift certificate. Orders will be processed within 24 hours during business hours (9a - 5p) Monday through Friday.

Gift certificates are valid one year from date of issue and can only be used for dinner food and beverage, lounge and restaurant. Gift certificates are not valid for breakfast and room service and can not be redeemed for cash.

All gift certificates will be sent via Federal Express (FedEx) at your expense, or they may be picked up in person at our host desk the next business day. We do not send gift certificates via regular mail in order to circumvent postal delays and losses. Kindly specify if you would like the gift certificate FedEx-ed to you or to your guest. Please keep in mind that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and that all FedEx envelopes will require a signature upon delivery

If the certificate is not received in a timely manner, please call 202-625-2150. If you leave a message with your name, telephone number, and the date of the purchase, we will investigate the matter with FedEx and return your call as soon as possible.
