ponders a few ideas for the evening's program. The goal is to astonish and amaze you with an
impeccably crafted menu. A short time later, the kitchen has the script in hand, a unique
10-course meal designed just for you. As show time approaches, Sommelier Kathryn Morgan begins
matching the perfect wine to each delicious dish. The dining
room lights are lowered and the entire kitchen, seen by all through a large glass wall,
